Today little brother was born

At 6:47am this morning, a precious little bundle joined our family.

Carter Henry Smith came out screaming, all wrapped up in his cord,  blue as can be

but healthy, content and as the Pediatrician said after a careful exam "perfect".

(7lbs, 11oz 20.5in long)

As I have just finished a completely natural labor and delivery (will post more details later), I am a bit exhausted, so I am off to nap while sweet Carter naps.

Just wanted to make sure I left an update here- even though I know a lot of you saw this on facebook.
